Christopher S. Marks Williams Kastner & Gibbs PLLC, Seattle Christopher S. Marks is a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. As a trial attorney, Christopher primarily handles commercial disputes and defends highstakes product defect claims. His product liability practice encompasses aviation, consumer products and toxic torts. Christopher serves as national trial counsel for several clients in toxic tort litigation. Christopher also serves in an advising capacity for corporate clients seeking to develop nationwide strategies for the defense of mass-tort litigation. As lead trial counsel, he has obtained defense verdicts in state courts and successfully argued for his clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several of Washington's appellate courts. Christopher is admitted to practice before the federal and state bars in Washington and Oregon.
