Jeffrey M.  Kimmel Salenger, Sack, Schwartz & Kimmel, New York Jeffrey M. Kimmel is a partner in the Manhattan firm of Salenger Sack Schwartz & Kimmel. He is a proven, experienced trial attorney, specializing in medical malpractice and significant personal injury matters. He has earned the highest ranking among attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings Service. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kimmel served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County in the Investigations Bureau. He was also an associate at a medical malpractice defense firm in Manhattan. A frequent lecturer on trial preparation, trial strategy and courtroom techniques, Mr. Kimmel often speaks to attorneys at Bar Associations as well as to students at local law schools, colleges and high schools. Involved with many community service activities, he regularly volunteers as a judge for an annual Moot Court Competition held at a Long Island high school. Mr. Kimmel has testified at New York State Senate hearings seeking to improve safety at amusement parks and carnivals. Mr. Kimmel is a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of The City Bar of New York. He has served as chairman of the New York County Lawyers Association's Young Lawyers Section and founded its highly successful Mentoring Program.
