Corinna Ulrich Perkins Coie, LLP Corinna Ulrich is a partner at Perkins Coie, LLP, where she engages in a general business practice in the firm's BusinessILicensing & Technology group. Cori counsels clients in a number of areas including programming and content production and distribution, Internet and new media transactions, privacy and data security issues, advertising, marketing and intellectual property matters and general business transactions. Cori serves on the Governing Board of the American Bar Association's Forum on Communications Law and as an Adjunct Professor at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Prior to joining Perkins Coie in 2006, Cori was Assistant General Counsel at Belo Corp. in Dallas, Texasfrom 1998 through 2006. Belo is a national media company that owns television stations and newspapers throughout the United States, including in the Northwest in Seattle, Portland, Spokane and Boise. During her tenure at Belo Con also served for two years (2000-2002) in the role of general counsel of Belo Interactive, the subsidiary of Belo that owned and managed approximately 35 media websites on behalf of Belo.Con served as Vice President and Counsel at First USA, Inc. and Paymentech, Inc. from 1995 through 1998, and prior to First USA was a Corporate and Securities attorney at Hughes & Luce LLP in Dallas, Texas. Con began her legal career at Hogan & Hartson in Washington D.C.Cori is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Rochester.
