Kara K. Gendron, Esq. Law Office of Dorothy L. Mott, Harrisburg Ms. Gendron received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and obtained her Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law. She is a partner in her mother’s law firm, the Law Office of Dorothy L. Mott, LLC which represents debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Gendron is board certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section, the Middle District Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. She has worked on the Rules Committee and on the Problem Resolution Committee for the Middle District Bankruptcy Association and has been a presenter for Dauphin County Bar, PBI, and MDBBA seminars.
