Prof. Mark D. Yochum Duquesne University School of Law, Pittsburgh Professor Yochum is a Professor of Law at the Duquesne University School of Law where he specializes in tax issues, bankruptcy and professional responsibility. He is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Yochum has written and lectured extensively on federal criminal tax issues, tax lawyer’s ethics and ethical problems in bankruptcy. He has been the Law School’s first coordinator for participation in Continuing Legal Education, a post he has held since 1990. Professor Yochum is also legal counsel for the Small Business Development Center at the University and was formerly President of the Pittsburgh Tax Club. He has been a regular lecturer for the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Sections for Taxation and Bankruptcy and other professional organizations in the region. |
