Stanley A. Winikoff, Esq. Winikoff Associates, Pittsburgh Mr. Winikoff is a private practitioner with Winikoff Associates in Pittsburgh, where he has litigated insurance coverage disputes, bad faith actions, personal injury matters, products liability cases, discrimination claims, civil rights actions, ERISA claims and commercial litigation matters in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia for more than 30 years. Mr. Winikoff serves as a mediator and arbitrator in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has received mediation training from Pepperdine Law School’s Straus Institute, the Pittsburgh Mediation Center, the West Virginia State Bar, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Arbitration Training Institute of the American Bar Association. Before entering private practice, he served as Law Clerk to the Pennsylvania Attorney General, as Deputy Attorney General and as General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University and Duquesne University School of Law.
