Julian Zegelman Julian L. Zegelman is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group of Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel. His practice focuses on assisting clients to protect their intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Mr. Zegelman represents clients in connection with trademark clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trademarks, trademark oppositions and cancellations, trademark litigation, and licensing. In addition, Mr. Zegelman has also been involved in several domain name disputes and has negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous domain names. Mr. Zegelman is an active member of INTA - the International Trademark Association - and was selected to serve on its Courts & Tribunals Subcommittee of the Enforcement Committee for 2008-2009. Mr. Zegelman is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and the University of Minnesota Law School.
