Lee Alan Rosengard, Esq. Stradley, Ronan, Stevens & Young, L.L.P., Philadelphia Mr. Rosengard is a partner and former Chair of the Litigation Department of the Philadelphia-based law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, LLP. He has over thirty years of experience as a commercial litigator, and is currently Co-Chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. An active ADR practitioner, Mr. Rosengard has participated in mediating contract actions, business torts, civil rights claims, insurance coverage disputes and property matters, both as a party representative and as a neutral. Mr. Rosengard is an American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel Member, and is a certified mediator for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member and former Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and the co-author of the Mechanics and Operating Guidelines for the Mediation Program of Compulsory Arbitration Cases, piloted by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in 1995. He has served as a member of the Organizational Models Subcommittee of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution Law Firm Mainstreaming Committee, and has been a panelist at ADR programs for lawyers, clients and various industry groups. He is a Lecturer in Law of the faculty of the Villanova University School of Law, where he teaches a course titled Interviewing and Counseling. Mr. Rosengard received his A.B. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
