John E. Laboe Laboe Associates, PLLC, Concord John E. Laboe is the manager for Laboe Associates, PLLC in Concord, NH where he concentrates his practice on estate planning, elder law and business planning. He is a graduate of Boston College and he earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1979. John is the former Chair and current member of the NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section. He is also a member of the NHBA’s Real Property Law and Taxation Law Sections. John is a member and a lobbyist for the New Hampshire Chapter of the NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). He has authored numerous CLE publications and newspaper articles.
