Aline C. Flower University of Washington TechTransfer, Seattle Aline C. Flower received a B.A. from Smith College (1987) a Master’s degree from Yale University (1991) and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (1996). She is a Fulbright scholar and a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Ms. Flower has been working in the field of technology transfer for over six years at the University of Washington in Seattle where she is the Manager of Legal Affairs. She has drafted, negotiated, and analyzed a wide variety of intellectual property and technology commercialization agreements including patent licenses, options, material transfer agreements, IP management agreements, research and development agreements, participation agreements and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Flower is the Editor-in-Chief and a contributing author of a legal treatise entitled, Intellectual Property Technology Transfer (BNA 2006). |
