Brian  Faller Washington State Attorney General’s Office, Olympia Brian Faller is an assistant attorney general assigned to the Ecology division. He serves as the division lead in providing advice on the ground water exemption and has litigated a number of cases involving the exemption, including the Campbell & Gwinn v. Ecology Supreme Court case. He currently participates on a number of Department of Ecology groups and committees dealing with exemption issues and initiatives. His general area of practice is water rights law and relicensing of federal hydropower dams.
