Kerry S. Bucklin Bucklin Evens PLLC, Seattle Kerry S. Bucklin focuses his practice on the representation of developers of condominium communities including urban high-rise and suburban, residential and mixed use projects, office and industrial, new construction, and conversion projects. He often works cooperatively with general counsel and other specialty counsel. Mr. Bucklin co-founded Bucklin Evens PLLC in 2005 to better focus and direct his practice. Mr. Bucklin is also an active investor in local real estate. He is a graduate of Queen Anne High School’s last class of 1981, and has now completed the conversion of the School to a condominium community with Legacy Residential. He received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Washington and law degree in 1988, also from the University of Washington, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He has not yet convinced the Board of Regents to convert old Condon Hall to a condominium. His major accomplishments include his son Zach and daughter Molly, and a top ranking for his age group in the Pacific Northwest Division of the United States Tennis Association. |
