Juliana Reno Kutak Rock, Omaha Nebraska Juliana Reno is Of Counsel with Kutak Rock, LLP. Ms. Reno’s practice includes both transactional work and litigation. On the transactional side, she emphasizes health and welfare plans, including all manner of ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA issues. Ms. Reno also works with pension plans and has experience restating plans, applying for determination letters, reviewing domestic relations orders and drafting submissions to the voluntary correction programs of the IRS. In the courtroom, she focuses on ERISA and employment litigation. Ms. Reno, who has a peer review rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, is admitted to practice in Nebraska and New Jersey.
