David Levy Baird Holm, Omaha, Nebraska David C. Levy, Esq., a partner in the Baird Holm law firm, advises clients on zoning, land use, environmental and real estate matters, and represents clients in both administrative and judicial proceedings in these practice areas. David has spoken extensively on land use and zoning matters, and has served as an Adjunct Professor in Land Use Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Levy received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he attended as a Tony Patiņo Fellow. He also holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, both from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the firm, David practiced land use and environmental law with a firm in San Francisco. Before beginning his legal career, David worked for seven years as a City Planner for the City and County of San Francisco. |
