Rajiv Nagaich Johnson & Nagaich P.S., Federal Way RAJIV NAGAICH is an attorney licensed to practice in Washington. His mid life entry to the profession of law was based on his personal experience with Alzheimers related issues. Given a different cultural perspective on aging issues he saw and travelled the journey many in our society face, dealing with incapacity of a loved one on account of Alzheimer’s. Not finding acceptable solutions our society presents those dealing with this issue he went back to night school at Seattle University School of Law to understand the legal framework on which our aging system is built. This education and his compelling life experience has led him to develop cutting edge legal solutions to address this issue and bring better outcomes for the incapacitated seniors and their family members while protecting their assets. He is a graduate of University of Washington, where he obtained his masters degree in tax law, graduating with honors. He earned his law degree at Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Government College in India. Rajiv is a member of the Washington State Bar Association; King County, Southwest King County and Pierce County Bar Associations. He sits on the national and state chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is the founding member and past president of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. [July 2012] |
