Hon. Peter C. Reinstein Family Court Maricopa Court Superior Court THE HON. PETER REINSTEIN received both his A.B. degree and J.D. from Indiana University. After coming to Arizona, Judge Reinstein served as law clerk to the Hon. Jack L. Ogg at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Judge Reinstein was a deputy county attorney from 1978-1995 after which he wasappointed a Commissioner of the Maricopa County Superior Court. In 1998, Governor Jane D. Hull appointed Judge Reinstein as judge of the Superior Court. Judge Reinstein has previously served on the civil and criminal divisions of the Superior Court and currently serves as a judge on the Family Court bench. Judge Reinstein has served on numerous State Bar committees and has taught trial techniques courses with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. In addition, on numerous occasions he has served on panels sponsored by the State Bar for the course on professionalism. Judge Reinstein and his wife Judy have two sons, Zack, who graduated this year from Emory University and Adam, who is a freshman at the University of Wisconsin.
