John J. Farley US Attorney's Office, Concord, NH John J. Farley is an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of NH in Concord where he specializes in health care fraud and civil rights. He is the health care fraud coordinator for the District of NH. John earned his B.A. from Notre Dame in 1990 and his J.D. from Georgetown Law in 1993. He is a member of the NHBA’s Health Law and Mental & Physical Disabilities Law Sections.
