D. Bruce Gardiner The Gardiner Law Firm, Kirkland D. BRUCE GARDINER has been a solo practitioner for over 35 years. He is Past President of the Solo and Small Practice Section, and is currently the Treasurer. He is also a member of the extinct EC2 Committee of the WSBA. In an earlier life, he was one of the sysops of the Bar’s L.A.W. BBS. He is one of two Bar representatives on the Supreme Court Reports Committee, that successfully persuaded the Supreme Court to include paragraph numbers in the Court Reports. Bruce has a general business and real estate practice, along with Copyright and Trademark Law. He is a Pro Tem Superior Court Commissioner and serves on the Mandatory Arbitration Panel. He is also Commissioner at the Northshore Utility District, and sings bass in choir. He welcomes questions and is always on the lookout for new technology. [March 2011] |
