E. Ross Farr Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C., Seattle E. Ross Farr is a member at Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. where his practice focuses on employment law, administrative litigation, and general civil litigation, including appeals. Ross received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and served asjudicial clerk to the Honorable Elaine Houghton of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II and then to the Honorable Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. Ross is a past Chair of the Judicial Evaluation Committee for QLaw, the GLBT Bar Association of Washington, and a former Chair of the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Legal Issues (SOGILI) Section of the WSBA. Ross has given a number of presentations onprofessional ethics, anti-harassment and discrimination and reasonable accommodation of disabilities.[June 2012]
