Professor Martin J. McMahon, Jr., University of Florida Levin College of Law, Gainesville, FL. Professor McMahon joined the College of Law faculty in 1997 and was named Clarence J. TeSelle Professor of Law in 1998. He teaches Income Taxation, Corporate Taxation, and Partnership Taxation. He previously served on the University of Kentucky College of Law faculty as the Laramie L. Leatherman Professor of Law. He received the 1993 Michael R. and Joanne Duncan Outstanding Teaching Award and the 1996 UK Alumni Association “Great Teacher Award.” Professor McMahon is a member of the American College of Tax Counsel, the American Law Institute, the American Bar Association Section on Taxation, the Association of American Law Schools, the National Tax Association, and the Theodore Tannenwald Jr. Foundation for Excellence in Tax Scholarship Academic Advisory Board. Professor McMahon holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. (06/12)
