Hon. Judith L.A. Friedman Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County, Pittsburgh Judge Friedman has served on the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, 5th Judicial District, Civil Division, since January, 1986. From January 1986 through 1989 she served in the Court’s Criminal Division. Judge Friedman received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
