Mark S. Wasinger Wasinger, Parham, Morthland, Terrell & Wasinger, LC, Hannibal Mr. Mark S. Wasinger received his B.S. degree and J.D. degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He is a member of the firm of Wasinger, Parham, Morthland, Terrell & Wasinger, L.C., Hannibal, Missouri. He has been in private practice since 1983 representing plaintiffs as well as a number of insurance companies. He has been vice-chairman of the Insurance Law Committee of the Missouri Bar and has been a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel since 1994. He is also a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
