Monica L. Pace Esquire Jackson Walker L.L.P., Dallas, Texas Monica L. Pace is an associate of Jackson Walker L.L.P. in the firm's Corporate section. Her practice focues primarily on business enty formation and governance, financing, contract negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. She has personally managed the formation of over thirty new entities, orchestrated a recapitalization of a corporation and multiple mergers, and coordinated significant lending transactions. Ms. Pace is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Ms. Paced received her B.B.A. from Stetson University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School where she served as an Articles Editor of the "Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice." In law school Ms. Pace received a Public Service Award for her involvement in the Legal Aid Society, as well as multiple Scholastic Excellence Awards, was involved in Phi Delta Phi and multiple other student organizations.
