Russell N. Adler Epstein, Becker & Green, P.C., New York Russell N. Adler, a graduate of Yeshiva University and the New York University School of Law, devotes his practice exclusively to Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law and Planning for Persons with Disabilities and is a frequent lecturer on such topics for numerous organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, UJA-Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, the Estate Planning Council of New York City and New York Law School. As a member of both the New York and New Jersey State bars, Mr. Adler practices as a partner of Epstein Becker & Green's New York and Newark offices where he serves as Chairman of the firm's personal planning group. He is also chairman of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Legal Problems of the Aging Committee as well as a member of, the executive committee of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Adler also acts as a member of the Planned Giving Committee of Yeshiva University. He is recognized in both Best Lawyers of America and Super Lawyers. His article "Using Powers of Attorney as Planning Tools" was published in The New York Law Journal. Mr. Adler is also a past recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for property law. |
