Paul G. Conway, Esq. Defender Association of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Mr. Conway has been Chief of the Defender Association Homicide Unit since its inception in 1993. Since 1979, he has also been Chief of the Special Defense Unit, which handles high profile and complex cases that require extensive investigation and the use of expert witnesses. Mr. Conway has been trying criminal cases in Philadelphia since 1971. He received his J.D. from Villanova Law School after graduating from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
