Serratelli Schiffman & Brown, P.C., Harrisburg Ms. Serratelli practices in the field of family law and employment discrimination. As a family law practitioner, she represents clients in custody, support, divorce, and protection from abuse issues and has handled these matters at all levels of the judicial system, including complex issues before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. In the area of employment discrimination, she represents clients from the administrative proceedings at the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission up through state or federal court in the area of sex, race, disability, and age discrimination and sexual harassment. Ms. Serratelli is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the American Bar Association and its Family Law and Labor Law sections; the Dauphin County Bar Association, including the Family Law Section; the Federal Bar Association (Middle District Chapter); and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She has served on various boards of charitable and nonprofit programs. She is a trained mediator in family law and personal injury matters, and represents clients in the context of mediation in family law, as well as employment discrimination matters before the EEOC and the federal court mediation program. Ms. Serratelli has lectured extensively on family law in the past and on employment discrimination issues on a continuing basis. She has participated in and presented sexual harassment training programs. A graduate of Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Serratelli earned her J.D. in 1978. Ms. Serratelli is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts; U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. |
