Thomas E. Brenner, Esq. Goldberg, Katzman & Shipman, Harrisburg Mr. Brenner is a partner in the Harrisburg law firm of Goldberg Katzman, PC. He received his undergraduate degrees from Villanova University and Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Brenner chairs his firm’s Insurance Practice and Transportation Law Section. He is currently the President of the Dauphin County Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
