William P. Rosen, Esq. William P. Rosen, III, PC, King of Prussia Mr. Rosen practices law primarily in the field of adoption and has offices in King of Prussia and Malvern, Pennsylvania. He received a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas, and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He co-founded La Vida International Adoption Agency in 1988 and currently serves as legal counsel to the agency. He speaks frequently on international adoption. Mr. Rosen is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Academy of Adoption Attorneys, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association.
