David Boerner Associate Professor of Law Seattle University School of Law, Seattle PROFESSOR DAVID BOERNER is a member of the law faculty of the Seattle University School of Law. He currently serves as Chair of the Washington Sentencing Guidelines Commission. He has served as Chair of the Ethics Committee and the Character and Fitness Committee of the Washington State Bar Association. He was named the "Outstanding Lawyer of 2002" by the King County Bar Association, in 2004, he received the Award of Merit from the Washington State Bar Association; and in 2006 received the Excellence In Diversity Award from the Washington State Bar Association.
