Thomas E.  Kelly, Jr. K&L Gates, Seattle Thomas E. Kelly, Jr. is a litigation partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates LLP. His practice over the past 30 years has focused on complex litigation in a broad range of areas. He currently practices in the firm's e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-DAT) group. This group uses systematic processes and advanced technology to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery and document review, with an emphasis on electronic documents. Tom is active in the area of legal ethics. He is the Chair (2009-10) of the Character & Fitness Committee of the Washington State Bar Association ("WSBA"). He has also served on the WSBA Rules of Professional Conduct Committee and on WSBA Committee for the Evaluation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, which drafted the current WA Rules of Professional Conduct.[October 2010]
