Kurt M. Bulmer Attorney at Law, Seattle, WA Kurt M. Bulmer was admitted to the practice of law in 1974. Before entering private practice in 1982 he was an attorney for the Washington State Bar Association, including serving as its General Counsel. His private practice is limited to representation of attorneys, law firms, judges and other members of the legal community on professional responsibility, ethical and disciplinary matters. He has represented hundreds of lawyers and judges in disciplinary settings, court proceedings and on a consulting basis. He has argued professional responsibility issues before the State Supreme Court on over 25 cases.
