Corey T. Denevan Aiken, St. Louis, & Siljeg, P.S., Seattle, WA Corey T. Denevan is a shareholder at the firm of Aiken, St. Louis & Siljeg P.S. Mr. Denevan has a diverse litigation practice. He represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts in a variety of civil matters. Mr. Denevan has substantial experience in trust, probate, guardianship, and vulnerable adult proceedings. He represents professional and non-professional fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in simple and complex proceedings. Mr. Denevan was admitted to the practice of law in the State of South Dakota in 2000 and in the State of Washington in 2001. He is also admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Mr. Denevan is a member of the King County Bar Association and the American Bar Association and served as an executive committee member of the King County Bar Association's elder law section. Mr. Denevan recently served on a special task force for the Washington State Bar Association RPPT and Elder Law committees to review and amend the Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act.
