Sam Franklin Lee Smart, P.S., INC., Seattle, WA Sam Franklin is a shareholder at Lee Smart, who concentrates his practice in insurance defense of legal malpractice claims, commercial litigation, and defense of business torts, including wrongful discharge, civil rights violations, and defamation.
