Karen Willie The Law Offices of Karen A Willie, Seattle Karen A. Willie graduated Fordham Law School in 1985 and her law firm specializes in waterlaw and related areas. Karen was a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and was instrumental in the drafting of its Surface Water Design Manual. Ms. Willie had defended the Cities of Tacoma and Everett in their surface water cases for many years. Her plaintiff cases have included DiBlasi v. Seattle, 136 Wn.2d 865, 969 P.2d 10 (1998) and Price v. Seattle, 106 Wn. App. 647, 24 P.3d 1098 (2001). She wrote and argued an amicus brief in Phillips v. King County, 136 Wn.2d 946, 968 P.2d 871 (1998) for Tacoma, Everett, Anacortes, the Washington Association of Cities and the Washington Association of Municipal Attorneys.
