Mr. Gundlach is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP and chair of the firm‘s Real Estate Department. He concentrates his practice in the field of Pennsylvania zoning and land use law. He co-chairs the firm's Zoning and Land Use Group and represents numerous developers, builders and property owners with their land use, zoning and subdivision/land development work in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Berks, Northampton and Philadelphia Counties. Mr. Gundlach is active with the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties (where he is on the Board of Directors and a member of the Government Affairs Committee), the Home Builders Association of Chester/Delaware Counties and the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia. He is also active with the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. Mr. Gundlach was chairman of the Bucks County Bar Association's Real Estate and Land Use Committee for more than five years and remains an active member; he served as a board member on the Bucks County Planning Commission and the Authority of the Bucks County Community College; and was appointed to serve on Bucks County's Open Space Task Force by the County Commissioners. He graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law, where he was a member of the Temple Law Review and received the Arthur L. Berns Memorial Prize for outstanding work in the field of real estate law. Mr. Gundlach received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude with a major in finance.
