Peter S. Ehrlichman Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Seattle Peter S. Ehrlichman is a partner of the Seattle Trial Group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where he served as Chair from 2003-2005. Peter practices in the areas of complex litigation, health, securities, general commercial, real estate, employment and non-competition and intellectual property, including trade secrets, computer software issues and trademarks. In the last three years, Peter has tried a number of state court cases and arbitrations, and successfully argued appeals to the Washington Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has spoken extensively on trial practice and legal ethics in various CLE's and other forums. His bar recognition includes: “Top 10 Super Lawyers,” 2002; and "Top 100 Super Lawyers," 2000-present, Washington Law & Politics; “Best Lawyers in America® in Commercial Litigation,” 2007, 2008.
