Richard C. Gagliuso

Richard C. Gagliuso is a partner at the law firm Gagliuso and Gagliuso, PA in Merrimack, NH where he concentrates his practice on construction law and business litigation. He earned his A.B. from Harvard College in 1976 and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 1979. Rickís extensive litigation experience includes hundreds of cases in New Hampshire's courts, both state and federal. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. In recognition of his service as a member of the New Hampshire Judicial Council from 1986 to 2000 and as chair of that agency for ten years, Rick was awarded the 2000 President's Award for Special Service to the Profession and the Public by the New Hampshire Bar Association. He has served as a panelist or speaker at numerous seminars and conferences on both a statewide and regional level. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Associationís Business Litigation Section, as well as the Nashua and American Bar Associations.
