Henry S. Bryans, Esq. Aon Risk Services Northeast, Inc., Radnor Mr. Bryans is a Senior Vice President of Aon Risk Services Northeast, Inc. He focuses on risk management issues for law firms. From 1979 to early in 2007, Mr. Bryans was a partner in the Corporate & Securities Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. His practice there focused on general corporate representation of private and public companies, as well as acquisitions and divestitures. He is a graduate of Yale College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He served as law clerk for the late Hon. Henry J. Friendly, then Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Bryans is an elected member of the American Law Institute and has lectured to lawyers on corporate and securities matters, as well as in programs on professional responsibility. Mr. Bryans serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Title 15 Task Force which reviews, and makes recommendations with respect to proposed amendments to the Associations Code.
