Judge Graci is a Member in the Harrisburg offices of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. His practice focuses on general litigation, including appeals and white collar criminal defense, regulatory and administrative law, alternative dispute resolution and governmental relations. He heads the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Judge Graci served on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2004. He was appointed to the court by Governor Mark Schweiker and unanimously confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate after the Pennsylvania Bar Association gave him its “Highly Recommended” rating for the position. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was the Assistant Executive Deputy Attorney General for Law and Appeals of the Criminal Law Division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. As a deputy attorney general for almost 18 years, Judge Graci argued several cases in all of the state and federal appellate courts in Pennsylvania, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
