Mr. Husbands, a partner in Holland & Knight LLP’s Private Wealth Services Section, represents clients in an array of business, tax, business succession, and estate planning matters, including business reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. Husbands serves on the adjunct faculty at Lewis & Clark Law School, where he teaches an estate planning seminar for upper-division law students.
