Blaine A. Lamperski, Esq. Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., Pittsburgh Mr. Lamperski is a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. His practice focuses on commercial real estate generally with particular emphasis on leasing, development and acquisitions. Mr. Lamperski also advises natural gas producers in connection with various transactional, zoning, title and development matters related to the Marcellus shale play. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Lamperski was a partner in the Pittsburgh office of K&L Gates LLP. He received his J.D. in 1993 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he served as the managing editor of the Law Review and his B.A. from Duquesne University in 1990 where he graduated magna cum laude. His additional roles include: vice chair, Town of McCandless Zoning Hearing Board; community representative, North Allegheny School Board Strategic Plan Review (2011); member, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Western Pennsylvania Chapter and serving on that Chapter’s Transportation Committee; member, Allegheny County Bar Association, Real Estate Section; Graduate of Leadership Development Initiative IX (Pittsburgh); former vice chair of the North Allegheny Foundation; and former member of the Reserve Township Zoning Hearing Board. |
