Daniel J. Siegel, Esq. President Integrated Technology Services, LLC, Havertown Mr. Siegel is the principal of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, a regional general practice law firm based in Havertown. His practice is focused on ethics, professional responsibility, appellate writing and workers compensation matters. He is the author of Changing Law Firms: Ethical Guidance for Pennsylvania Law Firms and Attorneys, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute; and Android Apps in One Hour for Lawyers and The Lawyers Guide to CaseMap, both published by the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section. Mr. Siegel is also the founder and President of Integrated Technology Services, LLC, a practice management consulting service for attorneys. He has served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility since 1987 and on the Philadelphia Bar Association Professional Guidance Committee since 1990. Mr. Siegel has served as a writer, lecturer and course planner (on ethics, professional responsibility, technology, civil litigation, workers compensation, non-profit law, personal injury and other matters) for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and American, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations. He serves on various Bar Association committees, is a former Editor of The Philadelphia Lawyer and a member of the Editorial Board of The Legal Intelligencer. Past-Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Law Practice Management Committee, Mr. Siegel authors the Technology column in The Philadelphia Lawyer, quarterly magazine of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and Tech Brief, the Technology column in Trial, the monthly magazine of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He received his law degree from Temple University in 1984 and his bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College in 1981. |
