Ms. Roberto is a sole practitioner with a state-wide practice concentrating in the area of criminal defense. She has practiced law for 20 years and represents clients in federal and state courts in matters ranging from criminal RICO, homicide and death penalty cases to narcotics and theft matters. Ms. Roberto has tried several death penalty cases to verdict and litigates habeas corpus cases in federal court. She is a national speaker on the subject of jury selection and trial tactics. Ms. Roberto is past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (1999-2002). She also served as Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Criminal Litigation section (1996-1998) and sat on the ACBA Federal Court Council (1999.)
