Mr. Eisenberg is a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1981. From 1981 until 1986 he was an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia; from 1986 until 1991 he was the chief of the appeals unit; and from 1991 until the present he has been the supervisor of the law division. Mr. Eisenberg is a former member of the Criminal Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and for several years taught legal writing at Temple University School of Law.
