Terrence A. Leahy Leahy McLean Fjelstad, Kirkland TERRENCE A. LEAHY the founder of Leahy McLean Fjelstad, a Kirkland law firm, represents homeowners associations and condominium associations. He also belongs to, and previously served on the Board of, the Washington Chapter of Community Associations Institute and is one of just four Washington lawyers invited to membership in the College of Community Association Lawyers. He also writes and lectures frequently on community association legal issues and on creative ways to tailor legal services to better meet the financial needs of his clients.
