Carol L. Hess is an attorney with Hess Gehris Solutions in Bow, NH. She earned her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now known as UNH School of Law) in 1979. Carol has been a trial lawyer for more than 20 years and has represented clients in all state and federal courts in New Hampshire and before the Human Rights Commission. She is a mediator and arbitrator for alternative dispute resolution in the Superior Courts and the Human Rights Commission, and provides dispute resolution services both privately and for the courts. For more than ten years, Carol has brought her extensive litigation experience and her strong problem solving skills together to help individuals and organizations resolve disputes without the expense, risk and delay of trial. In addition to her mediation and arbitration practice, Carol has worked with non-profit organizations to facilitate retreats, help resolve conflict, develop healthy board practices and lead high conflict discussion sessions.
