Connie L. Rakowsky Orr & Reno, Concord Connie L. Rakowsky has a private alternative dispute resolution practice that benefits from more than 26 years of lawyering for business, commercial, and nonprofit clients in a wide range of industries at all stages of growth. She was previously with the Orr & Reno, PA law firm. Her negotiating skills were honed over years of working in down markets with secured creditors and debtors in workouts, receiverships, insolvencies and bankruptcies. Extensive training and experience in negotiation and mediation, along with a strong transactional track record offer the broad perspective that is key to successfully resolving complex disputes and deciding cases in arbitration. She earned her B.A. from Northwestern University in 1974 and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1981. Connie is the President of the Boards of NH Legal Assistance and Legal Advice and Referral Center, and a member of the Board of the NH Women’s Policy Institute. She mediates privately and is a mediator for the NH Probate Court, NH Superior Court and the Federal Court and a member of the NH Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
