Mr. Snyder is an associate with Volpe & Koenig, Philadelphia. He has more than ten years of Intellectual Property Law experience. Mr. Snyder’s practice includes the prosecution of patents, trademarks and copyrights together with associated licensing, litigation and due diligence investigations. His experience in interparty matters includes litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings concerning patents, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, noncompetition agreements, trade-secrets and internet domain names. Mr. Snyder counsels clients in all fields of domestic and foreign Intellectual Property matters. He received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.S. in Pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy, summa cum laude. Mr. Snyder has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Pharmacy Law at Temple University School of Pharmacy since 1995. He is admitted to state practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to federal practice before the U.S. District court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of appeals for the Third Circuit.
