Theodore Simon has been a Philadelphia criminal defense attorney for the past 31 years. He has obtained surprising results from successfully representing a U.S. postal worker who was alleged to have stolen $715,000 in avoiding any jail to representing an unborn fetus who was being carried by a pregnant subpoenaed witness in grand jury proceedings resulting in the avoidance of pregnant woman’s testimony. In addition, he is a leading authority on the application of prisoner transfer treaties, achieving remarkable success in obtaining the transfer of numerous foreign nationals, and has successfully defended several extradition requests.
