J Colby Wallace, Esquire Law Office of David Hunt, Portland, ME J. Colby Wallace practices at the Law Office of David E. Colby received his law degree from the University of Maine (2001) and his undergraduate degree from Boston University (magna cum laude, 1997). He serves on the Maine Medical Center’s Planned Giving Committee, and is a member of the Cumberland, Maine State and American Bar Associations. Colby has served as President of the Cumberland Bar Association and as Chairman and Legislative Liaison of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Maine State Bar Association. In 2007, the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Maine State Legislature appointed Colby Chairman of the ad hoc committee responsible for editing and presenting the Uniform Power of Attorney Act to the Legislature for consideration and passage.
